Stay with Warmth — and Watch Life Change

Many wellness methods are simple, effective, even beautiful.

But let’s be real—the hard part is sticking with them.

So here’s the simplest advice possible:

warmth therapy.

It’s perfect for the busy, the tired, and yes—the lazy (no shame).

You don’t need willpower.

You just lie down… and let healing happen.

A warming mat, gentle heat,

8 hours a day,

a little every day,

365 days a year—

that’s how real transformation begins.

You may think it’s a small thing.

Time disagrees.

Time multiplies results—tenfold, a hundredfold.

Compound interest isn’t just for money.

Habits compound.

Mindsets compound.

Effort compounds.

Health compounds too.

Warmth unblocks the pathways,

supports healthy energy,

and quietly strengthens immunity.

Remember this one line:

Warmth is medicine—simple, underestimated, and powerful.

After the beginning of summer, our pores open and Qi rise toward the body’s surface. Yet internally, the digestive system can easily become cold and weak — especially with modern habits like air conditioning, iced drinks, cold foods, and excess fruit. Over time, cold and dampness quietly accumulate, leaving the body feeling heavy, sluggish, and low in energy. There is an old Chinese saying: “Eat radish in winter, ginger in summer.” Summer is the best season to strengthen yang energy and help the body dispel internal cold and dampness naturally. Benefits of Ginger & Red Date Tea This traditional tea is loved for its ability to: Warm the digestive system Support circulation and yang qi Improve appetite and energy Ease cold hands and feet Help the body release cold and dampness Support women with cold-related imbalances Red dates nourish qi and blood, while dried ginger warms the body deeply. Together, they create balance — warming without excessive dryness, nourishing without heaviness. For extra support: Add Chenpi (aged tangerine peel) to aid digestion and regulate qi Add rose petals to soothe emotions, support circulation, and promote healthy skin Our Special “Tu Huo” Ginger We use 100% natural “Tu Huo” ginger from the mountain regions of Jiangxi Province, traditionally grown in an organic environment. In YSD Medicine, this ginger is treasured as a deeply warming source of qi — helping awaken internal warmth, improve circulation, and gently dispel cold and dampness. Its energy is strong yet steady — like carrying a small sun inside the body. ☀️ Ginger Chips Available Our natural “Tu Huo” ginger chips are convenient for making daily ginger tea at home. A simple daily ritual in the morning and at night to support brighter skin, clearer eyesight, open sinuses, and better mental clarity. Gentle, energising, and safe for long-term use—suitable for all ages, from 3 to 100. How to Use (Daily Routine) Mix 2–3 pumps of ginger juice with your Su Moisturiser or Ginger Ginseng Oil in your palm. Apply to five points on the face: forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, and behind the ears. Gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Morning & Evening Benefits Morning Awakens the face and senses, energising you for the whole day ahead. Helps you feel clear, fresh, and ready. If you are in a rush, avoid applying too close to the eye area. Eye Area Guidance Avoid direct application too close to the eyes during the day. If a small amount gets into the eyes, it’s okay—just close your eyes and let natural tearing clear them. You may notice a sense of clearer vision afterward. Evening (Before Bed) Nourishes the skin and calms the system. Supports deeper rest, better recovery, and more restorative sleep. At night, you may apply around the eye area—no problem. If a small amount enters the eyes and feels slightly bitter, simply close your eyes and allow natural tears to flow. Then relax and fall asleep. What You May Experience A fresh, clean, and light feeling on the skin. A natural sense of awakening through the face and mind. A daily moment of renewal—simple, grounding, and deeply nourishing. Consistency is Key Use every day—morning and night. Let it become part of your life, like brushing your teeth… this is for your energy, clarity and beauty. Morning, it lights you up. Night, it puts you back together—quietly, while you sleep. It’s not just skincare — it’s a quiet reset you can return to, every single day.
